We are pleased to announce all the successful projects from Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray who will receive funding from Year 2 of the Just Transition Participatory Budgeting Fund - all thanks to your votes!

Over 70 third sector organisations from across Grampian were up for the public vote, with a total of 53 succeeding in receiving full or partial funding for their green, eco-friendly and sustainable projects. Projects that you will now see in your local community range from electric vehicles that aim to tackle social isolation, sustainable community garden resources, energy efficient building replacements, zero-waste enterprises and active travel initiatives.

The Just Transition PB Fund Partnership would like to extend a massive thank you to all organisations who took the time to apply and take part in the process, and to the 19,000+ voters from around Grampian for having a crucial say in Scotland’s just transition to net zero.
