We are a not-for-profit, community-owned for community benefit, group of local volunteers, planning to bring District Heating to Garioch. It will be delivered in phases over a number of years to bring clean, affordable, carbon-negative heating to the area.

The first essential project, is to inform the Garioch community just what district heating is and the benefits to be gained by everyone as we have to transition away from single-use fossil fuel boilers.

We will use the grant to buy audio-visual and display equipment to enable us to spread our exciting news and answer questions, by attending meetings and events.
