As we own our own building, the Scout Group in Westhill wants to move towards Net Zero with the instalation of Solar PV panels and battery storage. This is the first phase of adopting renewable energy to reduce our carbon footprint.

Our Beavers Cubs and Scouts all want us to become greener, and the adults would like reduced fuel bills too! Community groups who hire the hall will benefit with a resilient supply and from reduced bills. The project will be a pilot to spread knowledge on how to improve community buildings.
