This project aims to transform our operations in Aberdeen by acquiring an electric van to streamline food collection, distribution, enhancement of volunteer inclusion and overall community wellbeing. Reduced carbon emissions will enhance our ability to efficiently gather surplus food donations and deliver them to those need. By preventing food waste and supporting environmental sustainability, we will not only improve food security but also set a green example for the community. This project stands out by combining innovative green technology with vital social support, making a significant impact on both our local environment and those we serve.
